Shipping policy

Processing Time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping Times — Standard US shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners; estimates are shown at checkout. High-volume periods may add slight delays.

Tracking — Every order includes tracking. If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, reach out and we'll investigate.

Lost Packages — If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us at gloebeautyco@gmail.com for a replacement or full refund.

Address Changes — Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't redirect packages once shipped.

Shipping Regions — We currently ship within the United States. Costs are calculated at checkout.
