At Gloé, we want your skincare tools to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delivery timeframes
- Standard shipping (US): 7–12 business days
- Standard shipping (International): 10–18 business days
- Express shipping (where available): 4–6 business days

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use this to track your order on our Track Order page at any time. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to show activity.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.
