Return Policy
We want you to love every Gloé product. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened consumable products such as pimple patches (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to start a return
Email us at gloebeautyco@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]". Include your reason for return and photos if the item arrived damaged. We'll respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at gloebeautyco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost — no need to return the item.
